Welcome to CutMyLoan.com ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of Our Services

Important: CutMyLoan is a Debt Settlement and Legal Advisory Platform. We are NOT a bank, Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), or a direct lender.

• We provide advisory services to help you manage, restructure, or settle your debts.
• We assist in handling legal notices (e.g., Section 138, Arbitration) through our panel of lawyers.
• We do not issue loans or provide funds to pay off your debts.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients (such as reducing debt by up to 50%), we cannot guarantee specific results. Debt settlement depends on the policies of your respective creditors (Banks/NBFCs). We act as your representative to negotiate on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be a resident of India, at least 18 years old, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete financial information. CutMyLoan is not responsible for any issues arising from false or incorrect data provided by you regarding your debts or income.

5. Fees and Payments

Our consultation may be free, but our professional services (Debt Settlement/Legal Handling) involve a service fee. All fees will be transparently communicated to you in a Service Agreement before you proceed. We do not charge hidden fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

CutMyLoan shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. We are not responsible for the independent actions taken by your creditors or banks.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
